Pumpkin Recipes
| Spicy Pumpkin Butter |
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed

2 tbs. sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1-1/2 cup pumpkin pure, canned or freshly prepared

DIRECTIONS:
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the pumpkin
puree.
- Mix well until all ingredients are totally incorporated.
- Add pumpkin pure and mix well until smooth.
- Refrigerate pumpkin butter. It can be stored in freezer.
