Pumpkin Recipes
| Pumpkin Pie with Yam |
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup baked pumpkin

3/4 cup baked yam
1 cup whole milk
2 eggs
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon allspice
One unbaked 9-inch pie crust

DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- In large bowl or blender, mix all of the ingredients until
smooth.
- Pour mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 425F.
- Lower heat to 300F and bake another 30-40 minutes (or until
knife inserted near center of pie comes out clean).
