| Pumpkin Cookies |
INGREDIENTS:

2 cups flour
1 tspn baking powder
1 tspn baking soda
1 tspn cinnamon
1/2 tspn salt
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla

DIRECTIONS:
- Cream together wet ingredients.
- Add dry stuff, then stir in vanilla and nuts.
- Drop onto greased baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
- Bake at 350F for about 12-15 minutes.
- You can double the recipe because they freeze well and why
waste the other half of the can of pumpkin.
